Bringing a Friend Along
Today I carried a friend from Monterey with me during the dolphin swim. Celeste had spoken with her on the phone on our way to the harbor, and learned that she had been having a difficult time. I offered to devote my morning dolphin-swim to our friend, while Celeste swam in devotion to another person she knew who was in need of a boost.
As soon as the boat left the harbor we immediately found a pod of spinners who were willing to assist us in lifting the spirits of our friends. We met a group of 150 dolphins who were beautiful and very frisky. They buzzed us like crazy as they zoomed playfully through the water.
We swam with them for an hour & a half, saturating our hearts with cetacean love and sending it right back to the dolphins! We transmitted the joyful, uplifting, loving essence of the pod to the hearts and minds of our friends on the mainland. My friend later confirmed that she felt the ‘wondrous energy all day long’ and that it had positively shifted her mood and her spirits.
A Surge of Manta Energy too!
Our captain decided to give us a break for a few minutes, so he collected the snorkelers and motored us to a nearby bay to drop us in the water with mantas. I jumped in to see five huge mantas congregating near an underwater cleaning station. One manta who was missing his ‘tail’ was being cleaned by crew of small, industrious fish.
The mantas soon dispersed and I followed three of them to slightly deeper water, watching as they glided gracefully over the sand & reef structure. With their 12 ft wing span fully extended, they were gorgeous, agile, and SO peaceful. Celeste & I hung out with two mantas in particular, while also keeping an eye open for whales who had been seen in the vicinity.
Be careful what you ask for…
We soon climbed back on the boat, and China Mike drove out to deeper water for a closer view of a humpback whale who had been tail-lobbing (slapping her tail repeatedly on the surface). As we approached, she dove underwater. We watched as five huge fluke-prints formed on the surface… indicating the direction she was going. The prints ended abruptly after the fifth, and we wondered what that whale was up to.
Celeste & I were standing at back of the boat, and she wishfully said,”Wouldn’t it be nice if that whale just breached… right here in front of us?”. No sooner had the words left her mouth when suddenly the whale jumped completely out of the water, no more than 20 yards from us! The whale’s fluke cleared the surface by several feet, and she spun to show us her belly.
As she spiraled in the air to flash us her big open heart, we both felt a wave of whale-love blast into our hearts. We absorbed it and sent it directly to our friends! Of course we also squealed and laughed and hugged and jumped up & down for several moments.
A few precious minutes more with dolphins
Feeling elated and filled to the brim with appreciation, we returned to the dolphin area for a half hour more in-water time with the frisky cetaceans. We experienced more eye-to-eye & heart-to-heart encounters, and I laughed as my hair got swished frequently in the frenzy of up-close dolphin pectoral fins and tail flicks.
We felt blessed to have carried our dolphin-sisters from the mainland with us today… and were delighted to send them all of that loving, joyful energy!

One more ride in the Attunement Chamber
This was my last opportunity to meditate in the chamber, so I entered it with a completely open & receptive energy system. I concluded my cleansing meditation, and waited to experience whatever energies would flow into me, curious about how they would manifest within my body.
As I opened to receive energies that will enhance my healing capacity, my body began to swirl in a counterclockwise direction for several rotations. I was then rotated clockwise for a longer period of time in increasingly rapid circles.
I asked to integrate all of the cetacean vibrations I had received during the week, and experienced fluctuating undulations of energy waves. When I aligned with my Guardian Angel and Guides, I experienced the energetic signature of those entities within my physical body. I asked that my healing & intuitive capacities be intensified for use in my healing practices.
To Infinity and Beyond!
Finally I requested that my energy body be re-calibrated to accept and integrate the elevated vibrational frequencies that have recently flooded our planet. At this point my body was manipulated to move in a figure-8 Infinity pattern. It felt like I was pulled slightly taller (in my sitting position), and then the top of my head & shoulders were manipulated to repeatedly trace an Infinity symbol, while my ‘base’ at my hips remained stationery. This motion persisted for nearly 10 minutes.
During that time, brightly lit symbols of sacred geometry flashed in my mind’s eye, and I felt my 9th – 6th chakras expanding (with the strongest sensation occurring in my 3rd eye). The figure-8 motion slowed & stopped just as I was beginning to fell slightly nauseous. Then the movement started again and persisted for another 5 minutes. Eventually all movement stopped, and I experienced a deep state of serenity and peace. At the same time I felt energized and free of physical pain.
How I Experience My Truth
This was a phenomenal way to complete my series of chamber sessions. Since I entered the Attunement Chamber without formal guidance or information, I was completely open to a raw, unbiased experience. I could not have predicted or anticipated what happened during any of the sessions over the five day period.
In retrospect, it made total sense that my experience manifested in a very ‘physical’ way, because I am wired as a predominantly kinesthetic being.
I do not yet know the mechanics of how & why the chamber functions. However, the undeniable demonstration of its power to literally and forcefully manipulate my physical body proved its authenticity as vehicle for channeling & transmitting energetic frequencies.
I will report more when I learn more about this unique and trans-formative experience!
