During a hypnotic induction, you are verbally guided into a relaxed yet heightened state of awareness. From this place of deep relaxation, your subconscious mind is more open to suggestion.
Once a receptive mind-state is attained, your subconscious beliefs are subtly adjusted to support your healing objectives. You are then infused with positive imagery to reinforce your desired goals. To conclude the meditation, you are guided back to full consciousness to awaken feeling rested, refreshed, and alert.
